Creating a high converting campaign can be a bit of a process sometimes. Having been doing this for long enough, I have a solid instinct of what works and what doesn’t, before pressing that publish button on a new campaign…
But with a never before tested market, sometimes it takes a little fine-tuning of the dial the first month to find the signal.
However, with that being said… this was NOT the case for my new client named Johnathan.
Johnathan was a fairly new agent based out of North Carolina, who found some quick success in doing a lot of open houses in his market.
However, with a lot of downtime waiting for people to show up and the dread of winter right around the corner, he pondered how he could leverage that downtime to his advantage while simultaneously securing his income for the slow open house months to come.
That’s when Johnathan was referred to me by one of his Realtor buddies.
